BLACKPINK in your area!” isn’t just a lyric anymore — it’s Seoul’s reality. Ahead of their highly anticipated “DEADLINE” world tour, BLACKPINK has transformed major Seoul landmarks into vibrant pink zones through their new “PINK AREA” campaign.
A City-Wide K-pop Playground
From Namsan Seoul Tower to the Banpo Bridge and Sevit Island, key Seoul attractions are now marked with special pink icons on Naver Maps. Simply search “BLACKPINK” and you’ll be guided through the group’s signature city takeover.
YG Entertainment explained that the campaign was designed to “create a unique city experience for fans attending the Seoul shows.” As a result, international fans are now visiting these landmarks, turning their Seoul trip into a real-world BLACKPINK scavenger hunt.
Fans Guess: Is a Fountain Show Coming? 🌉
Fans were quick to notice the detailed operating times listed for Banpo Bridge and speculated that a surprise “pink fountain show” could be in the works. The community buzzed with excitement, calling the city-wide event “a BLACKPINK-themed amusement park.”
Comeback + Tour + New Music = BLINK Heaven
BLACKPINK will open their “DEADLINE” world tour on July 5–6 at Goyang Sports Complex Stadium, marking their first full-group comeback in 2 years and 8 months. Not only will they perform new songs for the first time, but they will also visit 16 cities for 31 shows worldwide.
