BLACKPINK Returns in Full Force, ‘JUMP’ Tops Charts in 47 Countries
BLACKPINK is back — and they’ve brought the thunder with them. Their brand-new single ‘JUMP’, released on July 11 at 1PM KST, has skyrocketed to the #1 spot on iTunes charts in 47 countries worldwide, according to YG Entertainment.
The song marks BLACKPINK’s first comeback as a full group in 2 years and 10 months, and fans around the globe are proving just how much they’ve been missed.
Explosive Sound, Iconic Visuals
‘JUMP’ pairs a Western movie-style guitar riff with BLACKPINK’s uniquely charismatic vocals. The hook is intense and addictive, showcasing the group’s fearless musical evolution.
The music video, directed by Dave Meyers, winner of the Grammy Award for Best Music Video, is just as bold — and fans are loving it. Within 24 hours of its release, the video topped YouTube’s Trending for Music and surpassed 26 million views.
The World Tour Continues
Following their comeback, BLACKPINK launched their new world tour, ‘DEADLINE’, with two powerful concerts at Goyang Sports Complex on July 5 and 6. Next stops? Los Angeles, Chicago, Toronto, New York, Paris, and 11 other major cities.
Wherever they go, the pink glow follows — and with ‘JUMP’ leading the charge, this era is already iconic.
