BTS Jin has once again proven his solo star power. His second mini-album, Echo, released on May 16, has recorded 720,000 copies in first-day sales according to Hanteo Chart, making a powerful debut on the charts.

While this number falls just short of his past solo records (The Astronaut sold 770K on Day 1, and HAPPY sold 950K), Echo still stands as one of the highest first-day sales for a K-pop soloist in 2025.

7-Track Album With Emotional Depth

Echo features a 7-song tracklist that reflects both musical growth and emotional storytelling:

  1. Don’t Say You Love Me (Title Track)
  2. Nothing Without Your Love
  3. Loser (feat. YENA)
  4. Rope It
  5. Journey with the Clouds
  6. Background
  7. To Me, Today

The title track, “Don’t Say You Love Me,” captures the pain and emotional tension in a fading relationship, where both sides struggle to let go. The music video features actress Shin Se-kyung, adding cinematic depth and buzz among fans.

Jin to Launch First Solo Concert Tour

To celebrate the release of Echo, Jin will kick off his first-ever solo fan concert tour, part of the Run Jin (달려라 석진) concept:

  • 🗓 June 28–29: Opening shows at Goyang Sports Complex (Auxiliary Stadium), South Korea
  • ✈️ Upcoming stops: Japan, United States, United Kingdom, Netherlands (and more to be announced)

This marks a major moment in Jin’s career as he transitions from album promotion to a global tour, connecting more personally with fans around the world.

Military Service Completed—Now Leading BTS’s Comeback Wave

Jin completed his military service in June 2024, becoming the first BTS member to discharge. He’s now actively paving the way for BTS’s group reunion, with RM, Jimin, V, and Jungkook all set to be discharged in June 2025.
