🔥 G-Dragon Denies Dating Lee Joo-yeon Yet Again — Fifth Time’s the Charm!
K-pop icon G-Dragon has once again put an end to ongoing dating rumors with actress Lee Joo-yeon of AFTERSCHOOL, marking the fifth time the pair has been linked romantically.
On June 6, G-Dragon’s agency Galaxy Corporation issued an official statement, firmly denying the rumors:
“We confirm that the dating rumors between G-Dragon and Lee Joo-yeon, which have been circulating once again, are not true.”
Dating speculations between G-Dragon and Lee Joo-yeon first surfaced back in 2017. Fans noticed similarities in their social media posts, especially identical backgrounds, sparking romance rumors. The speculations resurfaced in 2018, 2019, and now again in 2025.
Recently, G-Dragon also faced dating rumors with TWICE’s Sana, after he tagged her during Coldplay’s concert in April, where Sana appeared as a special guest. Some fans speculated a romantic link, but Galaxy Corporation explained:
“G-Dragon tagged Sana simply as a friendly gesture after filming ‘Nangterview’ together, not because of any romantic involvement.”
They added that the delay in addressing the rumors was to avoid unintentionally revealing his upcoming appearance on “Nangterview.”
Meanwhile, G-Dragon is currently lighting up stages on his third solo world tour “Übermensch”. Starting in South Korea, he’s performed in Tokyo Dome, Kyocera Dome Osaka, and the Philippine Arena, selling out shows at record pace. His tour continues with a three-day concert in Macau beginning June 7.
