✨ Back With a Bite: NEXZ Unleashes New Energy in Japan
Rising global sensation NEXZ, under JYP Entertainment, has officially dropped their highly anticipated second Japanese EP “One Bite” today, July 16. The group is on a sky-high trajectory—riding the momentum of national promotions, a sold-out arena tour, and now, the honor of performing at the iconic Budokan.
The six-track EP showcases NEXZ’s versatility and signature energy. From the powerful title track “One Bite”, which explores breaking free to discover your authentic self, to “Simmer (Japanese Ver.)”, each song delivers dynamic choreography, emotionally resonant lyrics, and captivating sound design.
🎬 Comeback Promotions That Bite Hard
Before the official release, NEXZ lit up TV Asahi’s “Music Station” with a preview of “Simmer,” cementing their place as Japan’s “next performance power group.” Teasers for the “One Bite” music video were released across July 14–15, spotlighting the group’s free-spirited vibe and sharp visuals.
They’ve also launched a nationwide SUNTORY vending machine campaign, branding canned drinks with the EP’s concept photos—blurring the lines between music, lifestyle, and fan culture.
🏟️ Budokan Dreams Come True
The highlight of this comeback? Two sold-out concerts at Tokyo’s legendary Budokan on July 18–19, as part of their “NEXZ LIVE TOUR 2025: One Bite”, which spans 15 cities and 18 shows across Japan.
Less than a year since their Japanese debut, this milestone cements NEXZ’s rapid rise. With performances already completed in seven cities, the Budokan stage marks the tour’s midpoint and a moment of arrival for the group.

NEXZ will also appear at the “Lemino MUSIC FES” on October 6 at the Osaka-Kansai Expo, continuing their stronghold on the Japanese entertainment scene.
