As Red Velvet celebrates their 11th anniversary, the group stands at a meaningful turning point. Rather than choosing separation, the members are embracing a new era of balance—pursuing personal growth while preserving their bond as a team. It’s not an end—it’s a beautiful continuation, together and apart.

🌟 Wendy & Yeri: New Homes, New Horizons

Two beloved members, Wendy and Yeri, have departed from SM Entertainment to begin fresh chapters in their careers. Wendy joined Ascend, home to fromis_9, and continues hosting SBS Power FM’s “Young Street”. Fans are excited for her upcoming solo music under her new agency.

Meanwhile, Yeri, now promoting under her birth name Kim Ye-rim, signed with Blitzway Entertainment. Having already impressed as an actress in Blue Birthday and Cheongdam International High School, she’s set to debut on the big screen this year with the film “Next.”

🔥 Irene & Seulgi: Stronger as a Unit

Remaining with SM, Irene and Seulgi recently dropped their second unit mini-album ‘TILT’—a bold, intense contrast to Red Velvet’s past concepts. Their synergy continues with the upcoming ‘BALANCE’ Asia tour, kicking off June 14–15 with sold-out shows in Seoul.

The message? Even when the ground feels uneven, they find balance—together.

🎤 Joy: Variety Queen with Heart

Joy continues to light up the screen as a variety show favorite. She’s a permanent MC on SBS’s “Animal Farm” and recently gave fans a candid look into her solo life through MBC’s “I Live Alone.” Her charisma bridges generations of fans—both longtime ReVeluvs and new audiences alike.

🎶 Red Velvet’s Legacy Lives On

Since debuting with Happiness in 2014, Red Velvet has defined K-pop versatility—from edgy tracks like Peek-A-Boo and Bad Boy to timeless summer anthems like Red Flavor and Queendom. Their last group album, Cosmic (June 2024), marked another milestone in a decade-long legacy of reinvention.

They are the bridge between SNSD and f(x)—SM’s creative spirit, personified.

🧡 Still Red Velvet, Always Red Velvet

Though some have changed agencies, all five members remain committed to Red Velvet as a group. SM has confirmed that Wendy and Yeri will continue group promotions, and fans can look forward to future reunions.

As Irene shared in a recent interview:

“Tilt means ‘to lean,’ but we wanted to show that instead of falling, we lean on each other to stay balanced.”

In this new chapter, Red Velvet is proving that longevity and flexibility can coexist—and that growth doesn’t mean growing apart.
